Weinstein Family Law is pleased to announce that Anastasia Latsos and Jeffrey P. Weinstein have been named New Jersey Super Lawyers for Family Law for 2021.

Jeffrey Weinstein has practiced matrimonial law for more than four decades and is recognized as a leader in the field. He has represented thousands of clients, argued innumerable cases before the trial and appellate courts of New Jersey, and has served as an expert and mediator in other attorneys’ cases. A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers, he has chaired the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section and was one of two lawyers who assisted the Supreme Court committee of New Jersey in establishing the Family Part in the New Jersey court system. In addition, he has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, as a Standing Master to assist in the resolution of complex matrimonial matters. He also has been a Master of the New Jersey Family Law Inns of Court. He received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
Latsos, who joined Weinstein Family Law in 2013, practices exclusively in the area of family law. Previously, she served as the judicial law clerk to Judge James M. DeMarzo, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part. She earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School-Newark and her B.A. from Brown University.
